You are both right! Just a small problem for him will be the fact that during polish winter rally he won't be allowed to use long, swedish type of studs.
For many years he was doing Arctic, they say it's kind of "tradition" right now

I hope Citroën will send there one or two DS3 WRCs to keep on preparing Rally Sweden

Matti Rantanen will drive the rally with Ari Laivola's Peugeot 207 S2000 which has been updated with a new engine. Codriver will be, as normally, Mikko Lukka.
His main target is to drive international gravel rallies in the summer and autumn, most likely WRC rallies.Satakymppi, oikee yks
