    Smile Soup

    Mmmmmm...

On a cold, wet day, nothing beats a nice hot bowl of soup.

Soup spelled backwards is puos, which is sort of like another thread at the moment.

Ah, YES, there is nothing on a very cold snowy day like putting the soup bones into the pot and getting it up to a nice simmering boil, as the steam warms the house while frosting the the porch windows, then going out to shovel the drive-way while delicious soup bones are boiling and warming the house with that delicious smell.
Then, coming in two to three hours later when the shoveling is done and looking at that delicious pot of beef soup with the meat falling off of the bones.
The final touch is adding some nice egg dumplings as the soup simmers and then spooning out a huge bowl of soup as the dumpling signal they are done by floating to the surface.
Hmm, I may just go down and buy some soup bones-- hot soup and winter, wonderful companions.

In this part of the world, on a cold, wet day, nothing beats a nice cup of boiled wine or boiled tzuika.
