    I think that this "open" regulations in Spain helped that there were almost no regular cars according to international homologation. And I am happy that they are starting to going back to normal roots...

    They've used E85 in the past, I think they still do. The power values are similar from those you've mention.

    Because only manufacturers tuners are authorized to make R5 cars, drivers are forced to get the cars, racing parts and major revisions on those official structures, at clearly overpriced costs, while N+ drivers can get their cars from several private tuners and chose components from different suppliers, profiting from a wider market competition that makes N+ prices more affordable.

    Shitty was the way FIA implemented R4 and RGT, unable them to be direct rivals to S2000's and R5's. FIA looked like promoting rally car diversity, but they never had the intention to make R4 and RGT truly competitive on the rally scene!
