    Homologations 2010

I thought that no new homologations were allowed this year.

    Citroen, pages 11-12
    Ford, pages 21-23

Wasn't that just kind of gentlemen's deal that Focus' and C4's development would be froze for 2010 - which would've been also practical taken in consideration that both teams are developing their new cars for 2011. I don't know a thing about homologations, but perhaps these are just beaurocracy...?

    Exclamation Homologations

    Awesome!

Ford's homologations in comparison with Citroen's homologations:

    2010: Ford 3x vs. Citroen 9x
    2009: Ford 14x vs. Citroen 19x
    2008: Ford 10x vs. Citroen 12x
    2007: Ford 11x vs. Citroen 15x

    All homologations: Focus (MKII) WRC 2005-10 56x vs. C4 WRC 2007-10 55x.

    OK, thanks guys.

Bobcat: It’s easier to count the homologations from this document:
    http://argent.fia.com/web/fia-public...uillet2010.pdf

Ford: 37 VOs and 4 WRC homologations from 1.11.2005
Citroen: 33 VOs and 3 WRC homologations from 1.12.2006

On this list WR = WRC homologation, KS = Super2000 circuit, KSR = S2000 rally. I don’t what the VS and F3 (maybe kit cars?) are.

The VOs are the actual racing parts homologations. The different homologations are explained here:

I think F3 is an engine homologation for use in Formula 3 racing cars.
