    We just got back last night from Mexico City where were staying with my wife's cousin, who lives within easy walking distance of La Fuente de Cibeles which is a replica of the one in Madrid.

    After the game, we went down there, and you would think Mexico had won itself. Needless to say, Mexico City has a large population of native Spainards, not to mention at least 75% of the population has at least some Spanish ancestry. It was awesome!

    The streets were crazy on Spain when they celebrated the victory party.

    I admit there were bad calls from the referee and on the next FIFA world cup they should provide more cameras to review the calls. Since decisions from the referee are not always right at least they have to review the tapes.

    That reminds me of the World Cup parties that break out in Toronto. Brazil is doing well, all the Portuguese in Toronto spout the Green and Gold of Brazil and become instant Brazilians....til this year when they played each other, and the poor bandwagon jumpers couldn't make up their mind what to do...
