Attention : MS Word Users

When copying & pasting from a MicroSoft Word Document to post here,
you will get unwanted font, color, etc brackets ...
Example : xxxxxxxxxxxxx-posted text-xxxxxxxxxxxxx

The way I remedy this is to open another forum in a seperate browser. (NOT another part of MSF)
I copy from the MicroSoft Word Document & paste the text in the reply box of the other forum ...
I then cut the text from the reply box of the other forum & paste it in the reply box here @ MSF ...
using the other forum in this manner removes all of the commands that MicroSoft Word imbeds.

In stupidly long posts, tend to use Wordpad, i haven't had any problems with using it, it's also lighter than Word so you save the planet as well.

I use Notepad. Even lighter. :

Paste to notepad, cut it again then repaste here - eliminates all formatting and takes text back to its simplest form

Yup, there's no need to use another website. Most people have nopepad and it only takes a fraction of a second to load, I have it in my quickstart toolbar.

Same here. Don't know why you'd go to all the effort of opening word up

I found it & I have also added it to my toolbar.
(I wasn't aware of this useful program, I will definately use it.)
