Chaotic and sad situation for rallying in Germany. Up by now, there isn´t any deal between organizers of DRM and DRS. So , next season, it appears to bring two championships, without clear structure, and with totally different calendars . Important rallyes are now in DRS calendar already published as Wartburg, Sachsen or Lausitz. So, they can´t be eligible scoring rounds for DRM, unless an ultimate agreement be possible .
The worst thing is that important teams as Skoda (Kahle and MWallenwein) or Robotracing (Herbold-Ford s2000) are thinking about not running DRM. Even there are rumours of Skoda Deutschland making IRC . DRM calendar is going to be known soon anyway. Let´s see...

the same thing is happening in Cyprus since 200? an I can confirm that things are going from bad to worse. Stupid egos and of course limited money around... for the results in the long term just check what happened in the US open wheel champ after CART-IRL split. NO WINNERS

18. – 21.08.2011 ADAC Rallye Deutschland
24. – 25.09.2011 ADAC Saarland-Rallye
Big surprise is the entry of Deutschland rally from WRC (only two first days). It will be held a championship for 2WD teams

Rather dissappointing calendar . Problems to create a real german rally championship went on, and, now we have DRM with only 6 rounds (and one of them, Deutschland rally!!) and with 4 rounds on Southwest Germany!! and DRS with very important rallyes too, much more on East Germany . And main teams must know decide what they are going to do with this disaster .

Most recent rumours aim to a withdrawn of Skoda team from german championship. A program at IRC becomes possible, but all is uncertain up to now. Without Fabias and, possibly without Herbold´s Fiesta, german scene appears to be very devaluated next season . Let´s see...
