I think it looks a bit too much like a 911/Caymen, not that I would turn one down if someone wants to buy me one

One thing Ferrari have always prided themselves on is innovation and unique design, if they took one look at the Caymen and thought 'That's what our next car should look like' then they are not holding true to their core values.

Id agree with Carl, wayyyy too much Carman in that. Although it is only a design, and maybe Ferrari will be allowed to stick a bit of power in it rather than using it to plug the gap in a model range.
Im back! Now what'd I miss?

Horrible detailing IMHO and yes the rear arches and C pillar are very Cayman. Quite disrespectful also in my opinion as the Dino wasn't badged as a Ferrari and it was Enzo's personal tribute to his dead son and for them just to go and make a new one is silly. For a car maker that's all about heritage and breeding I feel that shows a bit of disrespect for the founder of the company. Personally for that reason alone I don't like it

If you look closely at this picture below it's badged Dino and not Ferrari. People who call Dino's Ferrari's are my sworn enemy The information plate that the owner put down says Dino 426 GT and not Ferrari Dino which is good

Ay, As you say Daniel, not one Ferrari badge on the car.

If anybody has read 'the mechanics tale' it has a little story about how a Dino was not let into the center of Monte Carlo on a race weekend because the Security (or police) thought it was a Fiat Dino.

We just don't mention the other Dino... Only Bertone designed Ferrari to go into production. Looks like an Aston Bulldog.

I've been reliable informed by someone who helps run a large Italian car site that that's a dodgey photoshop, that rumours say it's not going to be front engined and that it won't look like a Cayman.

Sounds good except for the name obviously

If it were April 1st or the report came from a dodgy website
then I'd tend to agree with this theory, however AutoExpress is a well respected weekly newspaper that has been published for about 10 year or so and has hundreds of thousands of readers.

That would be one hot Ferrari though Makes the Caymen look ultra bland

As Clarkson says, "Porsche have the laziest design team in the world".
"But it aint how hard you hit, it's about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. How much you can take, and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done." Rocky.
