Only Kazuki has been consistently off his team-mates pace.
The rest I think need time to mature. How many mistakes did the likes of Massa & Lewis make on their debut seasons?Opinions are like ar5eholes, everyone has one.

Nakajima and Buemi are the obvious two, both have flatered to decieve this year IMO. In terms of outright performance Algesuarae (or however you spell his name) and Grosjean have both been off the pace but neither have done any testing and their struggles along with Fisi's and Liuzzi's prove the testing ban is a mistake.
