Group N restrictor in 2010

One simple question, because so far I heard only roumors: will be 33 mm restrictor for group N cars allowed in 2010? Any decisions from FIA so far?

Yes, it is allowed. You can see it in the rulles on http://www.fia.com.

Only 290hp TMR Impreza from brochure.. In '92/'93 it was 320hp gpN..

It does look strange, doesn't it?

But on a more serious note, how much power will it give? Something like 10 HP? Nobody will even notice...
