Interesting rumour !!!! Melissa Debackere in french tarmac championship at the wheels of a DS3 R3 !!!! I'm all for it
Edit: this are news, not rumour, her DS3 will come from Bugalski's team and her program will be Citroën Racing Trophy France, few WRC rounds and belgian rounds

Her program in 2011 was the full Belgian championship and she did only 6 of the 8 rounds... I don't believe she will do all what you are saying.

Tragedy in CORSICA yesterday !!!!!
Driver André Francisci died from heart-attack after having crashed his Ford Fiesta R2 on SS1 of Rallye de Balagne, his codriver Laurent Abat was seriously injured and carried to hospital...
Rally was then cancelled
R.I.P. André and condolences to family

Finale of Rallye-Jeunes 2011 has occured yesterday tuesday, and we know today the names of the winners: Jérémy Beaux and Yann Bergues
They will drive a DS3 R3T on all the tarmac/gravel stages of french championships next year in the Citroën Racing Trophy...good luck to them
