Wow! It's a beautiful livery indeed!

One thing that I don't understand about Bonato is how can he win French championship and be so slow in the European Championship at the same time.

Because in France he is driving the same stages for years already, I would think.

One thing is with type of stages (in national championship you are usually doing same stages for every year and character of stages is similar on every race in that country, in ERC each rally is different) and most probably also level of competition (especially drivers who are able to be fast everywhere, not only at home). But also Yoann is able to be fast on some events.

It's much more common that a driver who is superfast at home fails to deliver abroad than vice versa.

A few videos from shakedown Rallye du Touquet

Even being dry, Touquet remains Touquet(difficult rally with many traps)

Question to the French rally fans. Would like to do one tarmac and one gravel rally this year. Distance wise Terre du Langres and Rallye Vosges - Grand-Est would be my pick. But especially withe Langres I feel like I would be better off going further south? Are these 2 nice enough or should I look at other rallies?

In my opinion there are nicer rallies than Langres, but they are also way further south.
Just think twice if you will really enjoy driving French gravel event - only one recce pass and in the rally car. For me those rallies are great, teach French drivers doing good pacenote, but for many gentleman drivers this was an issue preventing them from fully enjoying the event.

I can only recommend the French Gravel rallies. As a competitor and as a spectator. I really like Langres, it aren't the most beautifull stages, but it's always a lot of fun. Certainly if you have a cup there (Clio or Stellantis). This year, the Clio's will be there and with 33 cars for the first round, it seems to be a success

Also, it's like holliday going there. The rally starts around noon and the weather is mostly nice.

For asphalt I've neither participated nor spectated in Vosges, but must be a good rally with nice stages. Stellantis Cup is going there.
