Conquest Confirms 3 More Races
Conquest Confirms 3 More Races
Kosuke Matsuura and Nelson Philippe will run the Conquest car at 3 more events this year. It's good to see that Conquest isn't throwing in the towel for the rest of the season, they have bills to pay and are working hard to run the remaining races.
It will be difficult without Tags there, but they have some experience for the Motegi race with Kosuke Matsuura in the car, and Nelson Philippe is usually quite good on road courses.
I'm looking forward to what Eric Bachelart has planned for 2010 after Tags said they seem ready to run a full season (obviously without Tags).

Ride buyers.
Tags should have a fulltime ride.

25 or 26 cars at Homestead should be impressive. I don't take much else from that article though, other than Tags is pissed with the car he got at ED and the lack of races this season. Last fall he was confident 09 would be a full season with Conquest, and look how that worked out. I'd like to see him fulltime, but chances of him and PT getting full rides next year seems unlikely to me. 50/50 at best IMO.

So is Duno out for Motegi and Yasukawa in? Or are they stretching to 4 cars again?
EDIT: I just looked it up and yes, Yasukawa will be in #23 at Motegi, alongside 24 Conway and 43 Scheckter.
