    100%

Its one thing putting in an entry offer, its another actually getting a car entered into the first race.

I'd like to tell Max the famous quote from the Terminator:

Ya got that right, Max - so when are you leaving?
Never think of it anytime soon, the smart young men always need old men to teach them about being wise and know all...

No worries, being young is beautiful, but being old is comfortable.

Exactly! Has anyone got a link to a quote from Max or the FIA stating that they agree with the compromise? I'll believe it when I see the quote from Max's mouth (maybe!)

Aaaaanndd, as I said. No compromise from Mad Max: http://allenonf1.wordpress.com/2009/...ir-own-series/

    Thread title = wrong.

So if Max gets his way, F1 would be contested by Epsilon, Lola, Prodrive, USF1 and a few others; while "GP3" would have Ferrari, McLaren, Williams, Toyota, Renault etc.

I know which one I'd prefer to watch.

And so it goes on, and on, and on

If you want to know Max's "vision" for F1 just look at his F2 series. As he's said of it:
"I think the championship fits precisely with the cost-cutting measures that are being adopted in Formula 1."

There is no question about it.
However I believe that Bernie would commit suicide if that was to happen.

Mosley: Go start your own series

    http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/75796
"We now have a conflict and we will see who succeeds in the end. I say to them: If you want to draw up your own rules, then you can organise your own championship. But we have the Formula 1 championship.
"We draw up the rules for that. We have been doing that for 60 years and we will continue doing so."
Sounds ominous to me. Looks like we might not have a resolution anytime soon..
