If he thought something was wrong he didn't pussyfoot around it in an effort to schmooze NASCAR either. Sadly there's nobody in the entire garage area with that much clout.

    V8Supercar has a committee for Drivers that have been elected by other drivers and a Car Owners Committee(TEGA) that has nominated representatives. They represent the "stakeholders" in the pits.

    NASCAR would NEVER allow that to happen.
    If the drivers tried something like that, they would be suspended.

    this isn't the NBA or NFL now
    Brian France is a violation of Section 12-1 (actions detrimental to stock car racing)
