    What is included in the budget cap?

    So I was thinking about the budget caps for next year and was wondering if it includes EVERYTHING.

    Hotels, airfare, meals, salaries (drivers & crew) equipment, trucks, vehicles, gas, hospitality tents at the track, insurance, uniforms, etc...
    I'm old enough that I don't have to put up with your crap anymore.
