I think it is very very unlikely Marcus will contest NORF - that is the one rally of the season more than all others where every driver is pushing over the limit to be competitive; i am sure, unless a ridiculous fee was offered, he would not want to get back in that not-so-fast Impreza, still rusty from not rallying, at the fastest rally of the year, at home, and risk a big crash - or losing face.
