David Gilliland!
WOW!!!!
Pole for the 500 and impressive second place finish at the Bud Shootout. With RYR behind him he must be favourite to win?
I guess we have to wait until the 125s to see he handles being in the lead draft....The world according to Taki Inoue: https://mobile.twitter.com/takiinoue/st ... 7249326080

How he races Thursday will say a lot more....but man, I am impressed so far. RYR didn't have the much success last year with Sadler and Jarrett...

The Yates cars have always been quick at Daytona and Sadler was always a threat to win the 500 last year.
I think the time Gilliland had in the car at the end of last season will be hugely beneficial and fully expect him to finish top 20 in points.Message to Ganassi - Get Sterling in the #40 full-time. Those were the days.

The Yates cars have always qualified well. I think David will do just fine.
