Perhaps they should contact Ford Australia to ask them some advice - they have already built and ran a Fiesta S2000 for a whole year (before they pulled out) - last I heard the cars were still for sale to private buyers! M-Sport perhaps??

I was on the Elmia Custom Motorshow in Jönköping,Sweden this weekend and Viktor Henriksson showed M-Sport´s Fiesta R2 . I Think the S2000 car will be pretty close to this car.

    Not actually

For R2 it is not allowed to make any design changes

    For S2000 it is allowed

    From the homologation regulations.

    - Widening of the wings/bumpers
Increase in the width by a maximum of 140 mm in relation to the maximum width of the family of the car (25000 units – art. 204a and 204b of the homologation form). This width must in all cases be limited to 1800mm.

That spy-shot is R2 Fiesta, not S2000. Anyway, very nice article.
