    Car is not ready. He was supposed to start with Lukyanuk's car damaged in Ireland, but some parts didnt arrived in time.

    Anyway latest forecast says that it shall be all dry during the rally. Mornings will be very cold but since there is no early morning stage I don't expect some problems with ice.
