    Hi Mr 3Fan
If you are 77, you surely must be one of the best placed people on this forum to say which racing is better --- the good old golden days, or now.

My opinion generally is now for close racing. I understand (and I am no expert) that many old races had the winner winning by several laps on some occasions. I have never seen that in the modern era.

But I do like the old winged cars - would loved to have seen those running in anger.

So along with my birthday greetings for you sir, let us know your feelings - --- - old days or new days? Or somewhere in between.

    All the best
