The reason for getting there early is every year there is less space to watch from. Every year more temporary stands and hospitality suites seem to appear lining Silverstones and Bernies pockets. so my advice is stay at home and watch it on the telly, and use your money for Donington the following week with no doubt more exciting racing!!!!

True they had put up more stands last year, some of which were empty. In fact many of the seats were empty, maybe because of the World Cup??

The World Cup did have an affect on last years British GP, but I think this years attendance will be boosted by the fact that Button is now a proven race winner and everyone wants to know whether Hamilton is the next best thing since sliced bread after all.
