Ferrari would reject Lewis Hamilton
http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/mot...-Hamilton.html
Di Montezemolo went on to say that he would not trade Formula One's youngest-ever world champion for Brazilian Felipe Massa.
"Lewis Hamilton? Let's make this clear: he's a great driver, able to get within a whisker of the title in his first year in F1 and winning it on his second," Di Montezemolo said. "However, with all due respect, I wouldn't change him with Felipe Massa."VERSTAPPEN: ‘If I’d let Sainz past, dad would’ve kicked me in the nuts!’

Good to see him showing faith in his drivers Somehow though, I think we may see LH in a Ferrari sometime in the future, even if he says he will drive for Macca until he retires.

That's not to say Ferrari wouldn't hire Lewis, if they didn't have Massa.

That's an easy thing for Ferrari to say, because it's a totally hypothetical situation: Lewis isn't on the market nor do Ferrari have a vacancy to fill.
By that logic, I wouldn't employ Steven Hawkin right now.Useful F1 Twitter thingy: http://goo.gl/6PO1u

It would have been a much funnier story if it read:
Ferrari looking to hire Lewis Hamilton
Di Montezemolo went on to say that he wanted to trade Formula One's youngest-ever world champion for Brazilian Felipe Massa.
"Lewis Hamilton? Let's make this clear: he's a great driver, able to get within a whisker of the title in his first year in F1 and winning it on his second," Di Montezemolo said. "However, with all due respect, who wouldn't change him with Felipe Massa."
Nearly as shocking as what he actually said

Maybe he knows that Ron Dennis wouldn't agree to the swap either. When in doubt, run in circles, scream and shout

As things are Ferrari have no interest in Hamilton and Hamilton has no interest in Ferrari, but as we know time and events can change things.
