11 times CIR winner Andreucci will retire from CIR along with his co-driver and partner Anna Andreussi.

He will stay at Peugeot to develop the 208 and maybe he will run some rally here and there.

Andreucci and Andreussi have been a legend and kept winning despite the inferior car and their age. They were really in love with the sport and I think they are an example for every driver and codriver.
We will miss them, I wish them the best for their new challenges.

Well done to them for their illustrious, should I say legendary careers, obviously it was a tough decision for them, but to have the choice to bow out while still on the top is something not many have the opportunity to do.
Do you know which 208 will he help with? The new R2T or R5?

I don't know how much they have decided it or they were kind of forced to take this decision.
I also don't know about the car, I guess R5. There will be an official statement soon and will keep you update.

What a shame! Andreucci has always been one of my favourite drivers. He had such a spectacular driving style and was fast in any car he drove - Renault Megane, Subaru Impreza, Ford Focus, Mitsubishi Lancer, Fiat Punto, Peugeot 207, Peugeot 208, the list can go on...

Here is my photo from Rally Mille Miglia 2010, special stage "Cavallino", do I need to tell you who won this rally?

Yesterday he said that he stopped participating at CIR but "we will not stop driving rally cars, there are a lot of nice rallys outside CIR"

Excellent. Great to see him trying something new.

I wonder if his Italian girlfriend was a factor ?
