    Team personnel changes at Ferrari?

    We all know the likes of Ms, Todt, Brawn, the main guys so to speak, don't work for the team anymore and there has been lot of talk about how it has affected the teams performance.

    But what about the engineering staff that doesn't get weekly headlines at The Pyongyang Gardening News? Surely they do most of the hands on work designing and testing the car?

    Have big money teams like Toyota, Red bull, etc..been making deals that one can't refuse to experienced engineers?

    If they don't have better engineers than I suppose that Ferrari can make better offers, cause when it comes to money they aren't a shabby team. You know ones that they really can't refuse.
