Do you take some of your photos through a fence (blurring out the fence in the foreground)?

Yup, like many other photgraphers I take shots through the fence on the outside of Druids looking towards paddock hill...not always successfully blending out the fence! To hide the fence you need to be within a meter of the fence and at extreme telephoto (400mm on a DX format DSLR).

I found at the DTM that if you shoot cars coming up the hill head on at a fast shutter speed and keep the camera still you can actually shoot throuh the fence there and don't need to blend anything out.

I probably didnt explain myself very well. By blending out I meant 'naturally' blending out as you have described above, without any manipulation in camera or in photoshop.
