Food Branding may replace Marlboro at Ferrari
Philip Morris which own Ferrari's livery,(Subletting space to Shell and Alice) have fall back plan to replace the white+black stripe look with one of their food brands if the the current look fails.
Now that their the the only Tobacco brand left in F1, their counting on their "Subliminal" livery to do the job to counter the new EU Tobacco Laws. If this fails it could have Kraft or Maxwell House coffee.

But Philip Morris also own Gerber Baby Food, This may help them with all the sucking up that Todt and Max do to each other.
But in reality, I think the new Ferrari Livery is quite striking and will pick the camera well, even dough new comers may not now what the stripes even mean. But seeing Oreo cookies and the orange beverage Tang on the cars will make it look quite krap!

We'll know the power of sponsors has gone too far if Ferrari comes to the line clad in Kraft Macaroni & Cheese orange!

The big food companies have a lot of money, so it only stands to reason that in time they will sponsor more cars.
In the US there are a number of cars in NASCAR sponsored by food companies, doing so in F1 might increase the US market exposure.

Maybe if they use Flexi-wings this year, Jello would be a good sponsor (also a Kraft/Marlboro brand). What a better advertisement than your name on jiggly wings!!!
