    Well I guess todays news that BMW Accident Exchange are pulling their sponsorship for Mat Jackson, and the fact that BMW Dealer team is reverting back to Jackson's motorsport finally puts to bed the rumours that BMW would be joining the BTCC as a manufacturer entry. Sad to see, just a case of fingers crossed now that they can find the sponsorship to keep Mat in the championship and the car competitive.

    Advertising and sponsorship is one of the areas hardest hit by the economic downturn though, which is going to make pretty hard in all areas of motorsport next year. I hope the team can continue, I believe they should be able to.
