yes and no, they can for sure see who can drive but not who is the best, only the clock tells that in case they drive with the same cars.

here are the times of the competiton according to rally.gr after the first gravel stage (run 3 times), acordin to the article the most spectacular was semerad, gassner had on off in thew first pass and campedelli also going very good. In a few hours they are going to run through the tarmac stage.

We just finnished the driving part, Victor Galeano did a best time and a 2nd time on gravel and improuved a lot on tarmac (this being his first event on tarmac)

Now in few hours we know what judges decide....

Cronin was fastest on the tarmac and campedelli and gassner followed....however according to the artcle nikara also impressed everyone with his driving despite the car.

The norwegian Bieltvedt had a puncture after 400meters on ss1 and lost a lot of time on that stage.

He improved on the tarmac stages but had an small off where he also lost some seconds.
