Stewart on the big one
Not as good as dart without feathers, but another good one from Tony:
The cars of Stewart, Harvick, Sadler and Hamlin were severely damaged with only Stewart and Harvick able to return to action, although they were far off the pace. Earnhardt finished 35th, Harvick 38th and Stewart 41st, 201 laps behind the victor. Hamlin was scored 43rd.
"It is my fault for being anywhere close to Elliott (Sadler)," Stewart said. "If I'm within a half lap of him, I expect that to happen. It's my fault."

Elliott Sadler should tell Tony Stewart that the brake pedal is the one in the middle.
Some spotters may have dropped the ball on this one ...2008 ESPN Stockcar Challenge MSF Champion :D

I agree, Hamlin was really flying when he piled-in ... then he got hit really hard
it seemed to me there was a lot more drivers taking than there was giving in the early part of the race ...
Sadler tried to push his way in & Gilliland wasn't about to let-up ...
the big crash was a result of drivers racing each other too hard too early ...
I hope people noticed that Mark Martin & Jeff Burton slowed-up & avoided the big crash.2008 ESPN Stockcar Challenge MSF Champion :D

Gilliland seems to wreck someone week in week out.

I noticed no-one mentioned Elliott's spotter.
To say " clear, clear all around" when there is a car beneath you is somewhat optimistic.
If Gilliland is near such crap driving/spotting it's hardly surprising he is wrecking.
Why didn't Elliot make any attempt to straighten up? Just plough down the back straightaway and hope everyone avoids you?

It was on qualifying stage, he rolled the car and it was said that he won't be able to start the rally. But team managed to repair the car and he did start and dominated drivers like Rossel, Gryazin...
