Le Mans on the cheap for a newbie
Hello all,
I have to be in the UK for work the week prior to Le Mans and am looking at flying into Paris and taking a TGV to Le Mans on the morning of race day (Saturday).
Since I would be by myself, I'm not interested in getting a full campsite (and probably could not at this stage) or tribune tickets. Instead, I would bring a rucksack with my trekking gear and get the most basic ticket and wander the entire area allowed by that ticket.
Question: at some point sleep will be needed (probably Sunday post-race) - could I just camp in my bivy someplace random and out of the way? I'm not really interested in getting a hotel room or staying at a B&B because I would like to go back to Paris on the Monday evening and tourist around Paris for a day.
Thanks!
First leg he will be thinking in Portuguese championship. Then he can go for WRC2.
