Overhyped, over-heated. Who is Ron talking about?

it could not be:

Well, he may not be old, but in F1 terms, he isn't young either. He'll be 28 this year.

I'd say Hekki. Briatore thinks he is the Anti-Alonso. Considering Ron now has Fernando in his pocket, I'd say that is who he is referring to.
