VW has definitely been testing in Finland a couple of weeks ago, and since no pictures has come up the MN story probably is correct!

There were photos but only with that "Mule" 2017, Jämsä area.

Shame we learned about it the day they left. Would've been interesting to see the new bodywork, if so.

Jämsä area must be the key location for 2017 testing. Toyota, of course, shows up every other week. VW have been there three times, including the premiere of 2017 mules last August. Citroen did a week there early summer. Hyundai and Ford are still missing from the list, but I think one of them could atill show up.

A Portuguese friend of mine sent me this link from his local paper. Looks like VW are back in Portugal.

Unbranded trucks. Don't ask me what the Procar truck is doing there. Maybe a decoy? Who knows but if VW are there then we could be 1/2 days away from seeing the near-final 2017-spec car.

Mytical stages of Arganil. Procar truck was here in Viana do Castelo too early this year. Btw, Arganil should be part of 2017 itinerary.

First video I've seen from the VW test. Still looks like the 2017 mule. But it looks like the rear lights are masked off and maybe a new exhaust position at the rear? Not sure. Should be some better ones later this afternoon.
