Final VW tests were today, Ogier drove with only the Polo WRC on a very fast road with few big jumps.

No video from me, as I was assisting the test organizers today. But I saw some video and photo guys present in the test so some footage will come online.

The second chapter was worse. In 2010 Moya became the Team Manager of a private rallying team: Nupel Racing Team. Although Pons won the SWRC title, several drivers who ran the Spanish Championship left the team due to their problems with Moya. The team disappeared the following year. Then it was revealed that the main sponsor got public money in an illegal way, ending everything in court of justice. Several books could be written with the stories of this team.
To conclude, Moya was twice in the middle of the mess. He was a great co-driver, which doesn't mean he'd be a good manager, principal or whatever. Sainz was the brilliant part of both.
Sorry I diddn't see your post until now. I diddn't realise all of this, anyone would think surely it wasn't all Moya's fault, but there must be a big coincidence!

Just out of interest how did the main sponsor acquire money illegally?

I've read that the first tarmac tests in Germany started today.
Not sure which teams, but apparently Citroën is testing in Baumholder this saturday, so they are probably in the vineyards today.
