At least he has talent to go with it, shown by winning WRC2 outright in Monte Carlo...

Greensmith was 52 seconds faster than Bonato and won the rc2. Bonato won the WRC2 because Greensmith was on WRC2Pro

But with 2 weeks between Chile and Portugal i don't know really.
I've only seen pictures taken by David Evans, seemingly from Monday, of Elfyn's test. That looked to me to be Greystoke forest, M-Sport's local facility.

Let’s prepare for the South American trip as good as we can. This time we are in the famous Greystoke forest. Very familiar place for @MSportLtd. #WRC https://t.co/vHL4lWmxeu

Is MSport already in saving mode or is Greystoke not counting for tests days limit? After all other manus intensive testing in Portugal (using several locations in the North, Center and South of the country) for Argentina/Chile events, it’s a bit surpising to see MSport only using a local site.

Greystoke is so close to M-Sport facilities that it is very probably their nominated testing site.

Btw, we have done a compilation of 2019 aero modifications, jokers and tests days consumed up to present date by each team, together with planned modifications for the coming months, in our latest post, hope you enjoy it

The second day of gravel tests is over. Tomorrow we need to rebuild, moving to a new place and have two more days of tests then.

M-Sport confirms why their test was at home not in Portugal:

"Our designers and engineers never stop working and just last week we completed a two-day development test in Greystoke forest.

“We won’t see everything we tested on the cars just yet, but the session provided an opportunity to test and confirm various gravel set-ups..."
