2 driver/co-driver split questions

Sorry, three questions actually!

1) What was the real reason(s) for the McRae/Ringer split, after the 1996 season? Was it really because several crashes that season were blamed on Ringer, or was there more to it?

2) Why did Catherine Francois replace Daniel Grataloup as Delecour's co-driver in 1995?

3) What was the reason for Bernard Occelli's sudden departure (and subsequent permanent replcement by Denis Giraudet) just before Corsica in 1995?

This is not a test, I just want to know!

I doubt whether anyone will tell you reason for the Bernard Occelli departure.
Regarding Ringer, the team felt that Colin needed a steadying influence, so based on that it can be said it was the crashes that caused the split. As for Catherine Francois and Grataloup I have no idea.

FYI, I found out the reason for the Auriol/Occelli split on another forum, where they seem to be a little bit more friendly.
