Where do they draw the line for how many or few events defines a guest driver? If Loeb does 3 or 4 rallies is he still a guest or a semi-regular? If Hyundai run a shared car with Paddon and Sordo...

And if you can't do everything yourself, you employ people to work for you. If you don't offer reasonable pay then the best people for the job will go where they are paid and appreciated more.
