Usually Swedish television puts there programs on Svtplay just a few minutes after they have broadcast it so it should be after 23:15. The program is 30min but in swedish except driver interviews!

Richard Goransson also has a camera in the car and will send all the stages live from the car!

If I remember correctly it had around 30 stages & no repeats :)

The tirerules are that have a specific amount of tires for the entire rally and usually have 2 spare tires in the booth.
How many tires, anyone?
