Finland has quite a lot of Rally4 cars, mostly Fiestas, but also 208. And at least 4 Clios. In Finland it's not possible to follow cars by reg plates as those are temporary stickers.

Dampers are homologated, so you can't change the brand. Their lenght/stroke is homologated also so basically only shimming you can change.

No exact idea, I don't have that much experience with those Rally4 cars, weight won't be that big issue, I think restrictor will be worse for 208 than for Fiesta, but we need to wait and see...
