I hope Bouffier will get some decent testing before Monte. Handling such a beast as a modern World Rally Car on Monte with little or no testing wouldn't be easy I'd imagine.

If you look at for example Ypres 2015 where Princen and Abbring drove virtually the same car, Abbring was much faster (until he crashed)

It is possible for an exceptional talent to perform well on certain roads with a PSA R5 but do you seriously believe the Skoda and Ford do not have a stronger engine?

The rear end on the Citroën looks so planted.. no fishtailing like the other cars and superb traction off the hairpins.

I think it's only the really fast sections where they look quicker, which I suppose makes sense as that is where the aero stuff will start to work and the extra peak power will show.

It perhaps sounds a bit louder and raspier but it could just be the atmospheric conditions.
