Looks like everyone is using "old model cars" (i20, 208, Audi,Seat,Skoda,VW with 3-doors those all are 5-doors only nowadays)

and Henri Haapamäki is fast driver (former JWRC driver) and still young.

Q1 grid is based on lottery/draw, so every driver is equal to another, JK just has had better luck.
So yes, it´s fair, same chances for every driver.
