He should have won in 2017. So indeed it was a matter of time. Last year he lost it with that small off to the side-road.
Only one not to change cars surely helped.

In Corsica 2019, Suninen in his first rally in WRC on Corsica...

Evans who in 5 WRC starts never was better than 6th in Monte and never really fought for podium either now immediately fights for win. Tanak went from easily beating everyone last year (on speed)...
