Hard to compare anything to Rally3 as no such car homologated and really nobody knows their speed...
On dry tarmac GTs are faster than Rally4, on very slippery not, as at least Alpine non stop on...

Its still has the airjacks from the race car times:)
It drove also Arctic this year.
