They cut the overall number of available tyres year by year because of cost reductions. Tell them you want extra tyres just for PS and you'll see the answer ;)
True, but speaking of rally exact spec. and rules, maybe they'll compare to rally3, as for now, they don't really do with 4wd unless in some particular condition.
