Fly into Karlstad or Oslo and driver over. It is abot a 4 hr drive from oslo to Karlstad. But if you stay in Kingsvinger or torsby it is about a 2 hr drive.

Yo do not need to have an engine that is 1.6 all of the WRC cars are billet blocks and the engine is not from a standard unit.
