Had the same issue but it was solved very quickly with the support. Unfortunately the way to get the help is pretty well hidden. You have to open the discussion with the chatbot and write there...

No idea what is his name. Katvala recommended to switch to German and for me it was a good change. My German is much worse than English therefore it's also sort of language lesson for me :D

No issues at all for me today here (PC browser and Android phone) and the German commentary was ok too.

If it has anything to do with the German intenet network, it's miracle we get at least something :D

For me it worked well during SS4. Only few cuts in SS1 and SS3.

After gazillions of attempts and password reset I managed to login on the phone but on the PC it doesn't work. But even after the login the stream doesn't work.

How do you change the stream quality in the mobile app now? I see only a possibility to change the commentary.

Or simply a new season?
