So only 3 international crews and I guess both Consani and Dumas are at least partially paid by the organization. It doesn't look that this TER project is going to last long.
Consani, Dumas and Costenaro are paid by organisers...
So there is basically nobody who wouldn't be there without TER...

Missing the works team spearheading a new generation of rallycars specifically built for the series.
I think is too soon to said TER is bad. 2016 is year 0. Lets see 2017 :)
