VW says Veiby's fire was unrelated to the others.. is that supposed to be reassuring?

Just ourt of curiosity... I know that te official engine performance values in racing units are usually 100% BS but the people shall think at leat a little bit when they put them into their official promotional materials because otherways they end with values which mathematically contradict each other like those of the latest Fiesta R5.
Is Kajto reading this forum? ;)
According to this article he is thinking about switching from VW Polo R5 to Skoda Fabia R5 on Sardinia:

Albert von Thurn und Taxis has already done it.
Despite all the problems with the car new Polos are coming.
Szymon Ruta is testing his new car before Rally Poland:

And there is a new Polo in Lithuanian rally championship for Vytautas Svedas:

Takamoto Katsuta is going to drive the new Fiesta R5 in Neste Rally Finland.
Polos are not coming, VW not releasing cars at the moment, until they will solve the fire issue. They already identified the problem and already new parts (similar to Skoda ones:) were tested during the week, should be tested tomorrow in official VWMOSP car. Seems it solves the problem. So bulletin should be released after the weekend and first updated parts should be ready for Sardegna. And then should be installed in currently build cars and those should be released to customers.
Do you think he will choose a Subaru? ;)
