Getting into Motorsport, Help Please????

I am 21 and a recently Qualified technician at BMW and am passionate about motorsport, i have recently decided that i would like to work my way into the motorsport industry starting where ever i can really. I am looking for experince so that one day i may become a motorsport mechanic.

If any one knows of anyone/anywhere that i can get into a team under work experience etc as free labour then it would be much appreciated. I have a fair amount of mechanical knowlege and am good with hands on work.

I currently have a full time jobs so it would have to be evening or weekend

I am located in buckinghamshire but am mobile and am willing to travel.

Any help would be great
