Well in answer to your question:
Dry Ice sublimates at normal atmospheric pressure. That is, it changes from Solid to Gas without passing through a Liquid phase. So the answer is NO you will not get wet!
On the same line of questioning:
What happens if you throw a green hat in the Red Sea? It does get wet.
